Many kids are in aww as every year Santa Claus comes to town and leaves presents under the Christmas tree to all the good little boys are girls.  As these kids become adults the thought of Christmas being related to Santa Claus starts to fade however, there really is a Santa Claus ‘rally’ that is.  After watching 2011 roller coaster ride with the DJIA from closing at 11,577.51 on December 31, 2010 (blue line) it rockets up to 12,876.00 for a high on May 2, 2011 (green line) then returns the favor with a low of 10,404.57 on October 4, 2011 (red line).  With all the volatility and pessimism the market starts to roar back over 1642 points once again over the 12,000 level.  So what is in store for the DJIA, S&P 500 and NASDAQ well 2012 is an election year and odds are ‘they’ will not let the markets fall looking at the big picture.
