Main stream media is at it again with this weinergate scandal and Congressman Anthony Weiner’s twitter photo smoke screen of the real issues. U.S. news coverage is more like a gossip column or as my grandma would say “the scandal sheets” which server no purpose but, to entertain and very little on the informing about what is really going on.
Are we as Americans so short sighted that we need to be entertained 24 hours a day 7 days a week? It could be true a deliberate dumbing down of American’s with news.
Does a Weinergate scandal with a wiener in a photo hold that much of a strangle hold with our media? It seems so they force feed us this crap until we are programed to think it’s important. They put fluoride which is a poison in our water people give no response however, if their favorite football, hockey or basketball team wins a championship game there are riots in the street.
Is this helping America with finding jobs, improving our economy or solving our debt ceiling issue?
Is this solving our inflation issues as more and more people find that their paycheck swiftly loses its purchasing power?
Now ask yourself did Weinergate warrant all the news coverage or are we being distracted from the really big issues.
