Earth's Magnetic Pole Shifts Planes Grounded

While the the press is focusing on mass animal deaths of birds and fish very little press is being given to perhaps on of the largest stories ever.  Looking through my massive RSS feeds for news to post in the interesting news section on headline stood out.  Earth’s Magnetic Pole Shifts this resulted in the runway closures in Florida.

Now millions of us watched the movie 2012 and while I do not recall animals dying the plane did have trouble with it’s navigation system do to the Earth’s magnetic pole shifting.  Which brings the question when planes start having problems with navigation and birds and fish start dying.  Could whole thing 2012 have some sort of truth to it?  There again I managed to find news about solar storms in which the biggest are slated for 2012.

Taking time to look at some of what the movie The Day After Tomorrow entertained us with an ice age due to shifts in the oceans currents.  No most say Al Gore told us in the movie An Inconvenient Truth that global warming was occurring.  Many scientist have debated global warming in many environment documentaries which went largely ignored until Climategate where emails were leaked that global warming was a fraud.  Now while I am not a scientist there are many articles and news stories discussing record cold temperatures.

While mass animal deaths are interesting those are the biggest stories the media is currently ignoring.  Is it possible that the Earth’s magnetic pole shifting had anything to do with these massive deaths with birds and fish no clue but, it’s strange not to give this major event much press.  Hopefully the alternative news catches this story and forces the main stream media to report on it.
